“Do they not then consider the Quran carefully?
Had it been from other than Allah, they would
surely have found therein much contradiction”
[an-Nisa’ 4:82].
This verse states that even if it's has been other than Allah that there would be more contradictions. But the truth is that it's not from Allah because there has been a lot of mistakes in this holy book but today I'm going to focus on the top five errors in this book that contradict with science and even the Quran upholds science and reasoning:

Allah encourages us to use our minds and brain and encourages us to bring forth proofs. Here are the most obvious mistake of the Holy Quran:
SKY CAN FALL DOWN:
Quran 52:44
See they not what is before them and behind
them, of the sky and the earth? If We wished,
We could cause the earth to swallow them up,
or cause a piece of the sky to fall upon them.
Verily in this is a Sign for every devotee that
turns to Allah (in repentance).
According to Allah in this verse, Allah thought that the atmosphere is a flat and solid object top of us that he can crack and make some pieces of it to fall on the disbelievers. As we know that in the 21st century,the atmosphere is a gas which made it impossible to be a solid object, same as space
STARS ARE METORS STONED AGAINST THE DEVIL:
verily We have beautified the world's
heaven with lamps, and We have made them
missiles for the devils, and for them We have
prepared the doom of flame.
Quran 67:5
The author of the Quran does not know that stars and meteorite are different. Stars are mass objects in space bigger than earth as many sizes while meteorite are small rocky debris which creates light in our atmosphere when it touches the earth atmosphere. Allah even said it clearly that they are stars:
We have indeed decked the lower heaven with
beauty (in) the stars, (For beauty) and for
guard against all obstinate rebellious evil
spirits, (So) they should not strain their ears
in the direction of the Exalted Assembly but
be cast away from every side, Repulsed, for
they are under a perpetual penalty, Except
such as snatch away something by stealth,
and they are pursued by a flaming fire, of
piercing brightness.
Quran 37:6-10
THE MOON IS A LIGHT:
He it is Who appointed the sun a splendour
and the moon a light, and measured for her
stages, that ye might know the number of the
years, and the reckoning. Allah created not
(all) that save in truth. He detaileth the
revelations for people who have knowledge.
Quran 10:5
And hath made the moon a light therein, and
made the sun a lamp?
Quran 71:16
be He Who hath placed in the heaven
mansions of the stars, and hath placed
therein a great lamp and a moon giving light!"
Quran 25:61
You can then decide it's meaning..
THE MOON LOOSES IT'S LIGHT:
Not only that the moon emits lights, it also looses its light at the final hour before it collides with the sun:
And the moon darkens And the sun and the
moon are joined,
Qur'an 75:8-9
The Quran simply says that when the moon wants to join the sun, The moon darkens which is scientifically incorrect because even if some instance that the sun collides with the moon, it will make the moon more brighter because the sun is reflecting the moon and it doesn't darkened. The reason why it says that the sun darkens its because the Quran assumes that the moon is a light.
THE HEAVEN CAN BE ROLLED UP:
These verses imply that the heavens have two
dimensional surfaces.
The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as
a recorder rolleth up a written scroll.
Quran 21:104
No just estimate have they made of Allah,
such as is due to Him: On the Day of
Judgment the whole of the earth will be but
His handful, and the heavens will be rolled up
in His right hand: Glory to Him! High is He
above the Partners they attribute to Him!
Quran 39:67
The Quran sees the heavens as a carpet in which Allah rolls up as a scroll. That's the Quran miracle.
There are lots and lots of error not only in astronomy, but in biology and law of physics. But I just have to bring the top five errors that are the most obvious and concrete ones.
